i was almost ready to give a good review, but the room had a cigarette burn and the sofa was just miserable. i expected to be upgraded given the circumstances, but instead, i was forced to deal with road traffic noise. what a let down for granite luxury hotel. brings a whole new meaning to mediocre experience.

The new and modern vibe of the hotel was fantastic. Rooms were immaculate and spacious. The staff's friendliness and readiness to cater to our needs truly made us feel welcome. The city view from the infinity swimming pool on the 14th floor was breathtaking.
While the location is convenient, I found the dining options inside the hotel to be limited.
